News has emerged that Madonna Sebastian recently participated in the shooting of a song for the movie Leo. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Leo features Vijay in the lead role following the success of their collaboration in the blockbuster film Master. This has heightened expectations among fans, especially considering Lokesh Kanagaraj’s previous hit with Vikram. The highly anticipated film, with music composed by Anirudh, is set to hit theaters worldwide on October 19.
The shooting of Leo was a strenuous two-month affair in Kashmir, where scenes involving Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, and other actors were filmed. Subsequently, the production moved to Prasad Studio in Chennai for a few weeks before shifting to Bayanur. The final leg of shooting is currently underway at Aditya Ram Studios.
In addition to this update, some details about the characters in Leo have been revealed. It has been reported that Badshah, played by Vijay, will conceal his identity and live in Kashmir, operating a bakery owned by Arjun, who portrays his brother. Sanjay Dutt, on the other hand, will play the role of Vijay’s father, who is said to be a gangster in the film. However, the accuracy of this information remains uncertain.
Regarding the recent shooting, a song sequence for Leo has commenced at Adityaram Studios in Chennai. Initially, Lokesh had planned to bring 2000 dancers from across India for this song, but due to unforeseen circumstances, he selected the most talented individuals from dance schools affiliated with renowned choreographers. The song has been choreographed by Dinesh Master, and Madonna Sebastian, known for her roles in films like Kavan and Pradhan Tom Paat Pang, has been dancing alongside Vijay and the 2000 dancers for the past few days. Fans eagerly await further updates about the film, which are expected to be released on Vijay’s birthday, June 22.
With the Leo shoot nearing completion in the coming days, Vijay will begin dubbing for the film by the end of June. Following a brief period of rest, Vijay will then start working on his 68th film, directed by Venkat Prabhu, further fueling excitement among fans.
