A Kannur based in Kerala ordered a 27,500 camera from Flipkart on 20 November, but pieces of tiles came out of the packet delivered on 24 November by Flipkart’s subsidiary Eckart Logistics. The packet also contained the camera manual and warranty card.
This incident happened to a person named Vishnu Suresh, who lives in Kannur. Seeing the manual book and warranty card with bricks in the camera box, it is being speculated that the crime may have been committed by the delivery boy and the camera was removed from the box before it was delivered to the consumer.
However, on contacting customer care, Flipkart has assured to give him a new camera.
